Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your ShouldIBack Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@shouldiback.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days and confirm via email.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are available for first-time purchases only. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund unless requested within 7 days of the renewal date. Free plan users are not charged and therefore not eligible for refunds.
4. Partial Refunds
For annual plans cancelled after the 30-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused months. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
5. Trial Period
Annual plan subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
